Introduction
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (or NASA) is a US-based government agency created on July 29, 1958. It’s mission? To land the first man ever onto the Earth’s moon. Accomplishing this feat would also win them what is known today as the great “Space Race” between the USA and the USSR. Since then, they have sent over 100 manned flights into space. NASA today remains as one of the USA’s greatest achievers.
